Delivery Service - All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please indicate type of service you prefer - Next Day, 2nd Day or Ground UPS. Please note that any location within 400 miles of New York usually arrives the following day unless the items are shiped from one of our warehouse out of state.. All orders are shipped via UPS.
Freight Damage - Claim of freight for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claim must be made to the freight carrier (UPS) and to Jane Bernard Aromatics. We guarantee that all products leave our warehouse packed safely.
Customer Information - Please include full name, address, City, State, and telephone number. Our shipping couriers do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shortages - You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report shortages.
